Crash Course - The 10 Habits of Happy Couples

Based on the most current relationship research and our 40 years of combined experience, we’ve compiled the most essential relationship strategies into this 3-hour Crash Course – made with the “busy couple” in mind. The course reviews each of the 10 Habits in short videos that ends with conversation starters on how to build the 10 Habits into your schedule. The course provides a framework to understand your relationship with a new, modern approach – focusing on identifying your strengths and challenges as a couple, and thus allowing insights that will strengthen your connection.

Taking Charge of your Relationship

For couples who want to create significant and sustainable change in their relationship, Taking Charge of Your Relationship provides the framework for couples to dive deep and examine their negative relationship patterns. Tina and Michael lead you with videos and couples exercises for a total of 34-lessons/10-hours of recorded video lessons and a comprehensive workbook that gives you approximately 6 hours of connection time. All this is completed in the privacy of your own home. At the end of this course, you will feel aligned and connected with your partner, and fully empowered to face the ups and downs of life together.

This transformative experience is tailored to couples ready to engage in guided discussions and take part in practical exercises designed to strengthen their bond. A weekend couples retreat is more than a vacation; it is an investment in your relationship! Imagine spending an idyllic, undistracted weekend focused solely on you and your partner. By detaching yourself from everyday distractions and setting aside all other plans, this time together can allow you to reconnect on a deeper level while working to strengthen a more satisfying relationship.

Guided conversations – sessions are carefully orchestrated conversations led by experienced facilitators who understand the dynamics of relationships and offer safe spaces where both partners can express their thoughts and emotions freely and honestly. Through these guided dialogues, you’ll learn to communicate more effectively, listen with empathy, and understand each other better as individuals. Our retreat features various exercises designed to help couples bond and grow together. Not only insightful but enjoyable as well, these activities range from trust-building exercises and problem-solving challenges, all focused on enhancing intimacy and cooperation between partners. You’ll participate in activities which foster teamwork as you get to see each other in new light while appreciating each partner’s strengths and contributions.

Couples retreats are also a wonderful opportunity for you and your partner to form supportive communities of like-minded couples committed to improving their relationship. Sharing experiences and learning from others is highly reassuring and can offer hope of growth and improvement. One of the greatest benefits of attending a couples retreat is its long-term impact on your relationship. The skills and insights acquired during a retreat won’t just serve as temporary fixes; rather they provide tools that you can continue using after returning to daily life. After leaving a retreat with each other will leave with renewed sense of connection and better understanding; additionally practical strategies will have been devised for dealing with future conflicts constructively.
